Diana & Enrico Wedding - St. Vincent Ferrer Church, Green Valley Country Club

I had the pleasure of shooting Diana & Enrico’s wonderful wedding at St. Vincent Ferrer Church in Vallejo. They did a beautiful job tending to every little detail and the event was a true success! They had a lovely wedding, filled with awesome music, great spirits and tons of smiles! It was really a pleasure to work with such a sweet, adorable couple. Here are some favorites from the day -

Such a gorgeous church inside and out!

The 1940 open top limo is a very rare - there are only 20 left in US.

thefamilee studio shoot

Since I moved into my new place in April, I have been dreaming about setting up the studio at the loft. Two weeks ago, my dear sister called me up to have some family/pregnancy shoot taken, and I thought this would be the perfect time to accomplish this! The set up was a breeze, with the help of my brother-in-law, it's done in an hour and the camera immediatly start clicking furiously.
I am extremely excited to be shooting under controlled environment... lighting, I mean. My niece, Coco, is another story! It's really amazing what the 4.5 year old, underneath her cutest smiles, has such a big brain and strong will to do things her way!
Coco will be the next top model - she is just so natural in front of the camera!

Maggie & Alan Wedding - Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, Hillsborough Racquet Club

The past weekend was my good friend, Maggie & Alan's wedding. I am so honored to be chosen as the photographer for this beautiful event. The day started early with door games and the traditional Tea Ceremony. Then we head to the Menlo Park Presbyterian Church for a Christian ceremony officiated by Alan's father, who is a pastor based in HK! The reception was so beautifully decorated by Mints Workshop. Our slideshow of wedding highlight presented the love story of from their childhood to how they met til the day they tied the knot. Alan inserted the clip of his proposal to Maggie in Japan. How special - all the guest were touched!

These gold bracelets are the traditional gifts for brides given at the Tea Ceremony!

Alan's touching song presentation brought tears to Maggie and the guests!

Sheila & Frank Wedding - Eagle Vines Golf Club

So so so Sorry! Sheila and Frank tied the knot on August 25 and I have not had a chance to post the pictures til now. I was out on Labor Day weekend to spend a week in Vancouver to visit my family and to recharge. Now I am back with the energy level up the roof! I actually got a lot of work done after the short break - 2 album designs, 3 album revisions, 2 online galleries; I have even set up a studio at my house! Pat on the back!
Sheila & Frank's wedding was held at the beautiful Eagle Vines Golf Club in Napa Valley. I thought the wedding ceremony was really special. Their children actually got to participate - they each held a small vase filled with colored sand and then together with Sheila and Frank, they filled the large vase to symbolize the union of a new family - the product was just beautiful. Now let's get to the picture!

The family sand ceremony!

Beautiful lighting at the golf club

The reception was held at the Travis Air Force Base!

The Haiwaiian dance performance rocked the night!

Sheild & Frank, thank you for sharing such a wonderful event with me! Congrats!
