Jennifer and Ryan tied the knot at Mission San Jose Catholic Church. This church was built in 1797 and one can immediately see the church being weathered down and imagine the history with this church. Decoration was very traditional and elegant which is good for high contrast pictures. The dim lighting also sets the mood for a romantic ceremony. However, the photography regulation is pretty strict and does not leave much room for creative angles during our coverage. We did find a few chances to sneak out to the aisle when the church coordinator walked away(Shhhh..... do not tell!!). After the ceremony, we headed to hotel Sofitel for picture session and Pacific Athletic Club for the reception. As previously mentioned in older posts, Sam and I got married at Pacific Athletlic Club, so I'm very familiar with everything there. We love how the place is very cozy for our 150 or so guests. The coordinator is also so very helpful. BTW, their food is yummy, which is also why we choose this place. Jennifer hired Natalini Flowers by Crispy to handle the reception decoration. She did such a wonderful job, especially at the flower arbor at the sweatheart table which is beautiful and unique.
